With this site it all started , in 2001 I needed a web site for a photo book I had made about the historic Dutch East Indiaman - the Batavia. The original ship was build in 1628 and on it's journey to the East Indies ( now Indonesia ) it floundered on the West Australian coast. In 2000 its replica visited Sydney. I had the honour to be the staff photographer.

My partner had uterine fibroids disease. Instead of having the womb 'cut out' by a greedy gyneacologist she found a better and more comfortable treatment. For her I made this web site in it she tells the world about the journey through medical pitfalls and her triumph.

We stay a little while longer in the medical profession. A dentist asked my view of his webs it e. I made this proposal. Although he was impressed he decided to continue with his own web design hobby and keep it as it was. No worries for me ....

In some of my spare time in 2003 I played with the idea to start a online Maritime Art Library. But an avalanche of work since then kept it in the design box.

An order from Europe ! A paranormal gifted silversmith in the Netherlands designed a unique healing jewel. The Akaija. His request was to make an inspiring site for people seeking alternative healing experiences but also give it a down to Earth business approach.

Why are the 'gods' playing games with me ? In daily live I steer away from doctors and everything medical ( Only have the flu once very 10 years ) and yet health professionals adore my work.

Paulownia Forestry Australia ltd. ordered a web site that would serve as online business card. No bells and whistles, just a clean information site. When completed they were delighted with the 'very pleasing design' , 'just what they had in mind'. Unfortunately the business + owner vanished ... with my invoice. Life is fun.
A nice example of what can be made with simple ingredients. This design is for sale for a low budget.

My pet project: In 2006 I tried to visit rolleiclub.com, as enthusiast photographer I frequented that site for years. The site had vanished ... Research learned that the domain portfolio was available and I re-started the famous Rolleiclub site. New design attracts thousands of visitors every month. Due to the huge amount of information still to be processed I will convert it to a database driven web site to make adding content easier.

Artiste Irma Regardt needed a web site of her art on CD. As a digital portfolio. I created one on which the user can magnify those absolutely fantastic paintings to real life size ( believe me ... those paintings are HUGE ! ) , allowing to explore every brush stroke.
Soon she will bring the site online as well.
